Questions before you brief a flight.

Plain answers about our Singapore campaign studio, AI-assisted workflows, budgets, and boundaries.

Team sync meeting reviewing campaign flight materials in studio

What we are — and what we are not.

Read Q1 first if you arrived via our `.life` domain or the word “Blaze” and wondered about lifestyle branding or literal fire.

Is Campaign Blaze a lifestyle (.life) brand, a bot / follower shop, a fire / pyrotechnics brand, a get-rich course, or a firm that guarantees viral reach and ROI?

No. We are a B2B marketing studio that plans, tests, and runs campaign flights with AI-assisted production and human approval on brand and claims. The `.life` TLD is branding only — this is NOT lifestyle, wellness, or coaching. “Campaign” means marketing flights; “Blaze” is a branding metaphor for lighting and running a campaign — NOT literal fire. We do NOT sell bots or followers, do NOT sell income courses, and do NOT guarantee viral reach, lead volume, or ROI.

How do engagements work — project, sprint, or retainer?

We offer focused sprints (Brief, Build, Test, or Scale stages), standalone project scopes (for example a full flight-planning programme), and always-on retainers for teams needing a Singapore campaign studio on call. Every engagement starts with a discovery conversation and a written project scope — no open-ended “do everything” blur. Retainers typically run six months minimum with monthly flight reviews.

What budgets should we plan in SGD?

Indicative agency fees — excluding your media spend — start around SGD 12,000 for a flight-planning sprint and SGD 18,000+ monthly for retainers. Creative production, test design, and reporting cycles sit in between; see Services for ranges. Media budgets are yours; we advise on pacing and hygiene. We publish ranges for transparency, not as a quote — final fees depend on project scope and timeline.

How long does discovery and a first flight take?

A campaign assessment call and written summary usually land within five business days of your enquiry. A Brief sprint runs three to five weeks; Build and Test programmes run four to eight weeks depending on creative volume and platform count. We will tell you if your timeline demands Build before any paid Test — for example when landing-page hygiene is not ready.

Which tools and platforms do you use?

We work with major ad and analytics platforms clients already use — Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and others — plus AI assistants for marketing teams (ChatGPT, Copilot, and similar) under client policy. Tool choice follows your stack, compliance rules, and campaign testing needs; we do not resell SaaS licences or pose as unauthorised platform partners. AI social content and AI ad concepts are produced inside your brand guardrails.

How do you handle client data and creative IP?

Client briefs, audience data, and creative assets remain yours unless contractually agreed otherwise. We process personal data under the PDPA with written engagement terms, limit access to project team members, and avoid uploading sensitive data to AI tools without your approval. Confidentiality is standard in our statements of work. See our Privacy Notice for site and enquiry data.

How does human review work with AI-assisted production?

Generative AI drafts research digests, variants, and reporting summaries. Strategists approve messaging, claims, and brand voice before anything client-facing ships. Regulated industries get explicit claim review steps. This is human-in-the-loop AI — responsible AI in marketing, not autopilot. We document what was AI-generated and what a human verified.

Do you comply with ad platform policies?

Yes — platform policy compliance is part of Build and Test. We flag restricted claims, prohibited categories, and landing-page mismatches before scale. We do not advise circumvention tactics or bot engagement schemes. If a message cannot run compliant, we say so and propose alternatives.

What do you explicitly not do?

We do not sell followers or bot engagement, do not sell get-rich or AI-income courses, do not offer life coaching, do not sell a standalone SaaS product, do not display fake partner badges, and do not guarantee ROI, lead volume, or viral reach. We are a marketing agency — campaign planning, creative direction, and performance support — not a data broker or ML software vendor.

Who owns outputs and creative from an engagement?

Deliverables specified in your statement of work transfer to you on payment unless otherwise agreed. We retain the right to describe anonymised methodology in marketing materials — never your confidential metrics or named logos without permission. Work-for-hire and confidentiality terms are set per contract.
