Privacy Notice
Campaign Blaze Pte. Ltd. · Effective 21 July 2026 · Singapore PDPA 2012
1. Organisation identity
This Privacy Notice is issued by Campaign Blaze Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202483960E), a marketing agency registered in Singapore with its principal place of business at 42 Arab Street, #03-05, Singapore 199738. We provide B2B marketing agency services — campaign planning, creative direction, performance marketing support, and AI-assisted production with human review — to organisations in Singapore and the wider ASEAN region. This notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you visit campaignblaze.life, submit an enquiry, or engage us as a client.
We are an organisation, not a consumer lifestyle brand. The `.life` domain is used for branding only and does not change the commercial nature of our services or this notice.
2. Scope and applicability
This notice applies to personal data collected through our website, contact forms, email correspondence, phone calls, in-person meetings at our Kampong Glam studio, and client engagements. It does not cover third-party websites linked from our pages; those sites operate under their own privacy policies. Where we process personal data on behalf of a client under a separate data processing agreement, the client engagement terms may supplement or override certain sections for project-specific data.
We align our practices with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore and applicable subsidiary legislation. We review this notice periodically and publish material updates on this page with a revised effective date.
3. Personal data we collect
Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect:
- Identity and contact data: name, job title, company name, business email, business phone number, and mailing address.
- Enquiry and brief data: messages you submit via our contact form, campaign requirements, budget indications, and attachments you choose to send.
- Client engagement data: statements of work, billing contacts, campaign assets, audience data supplied for marketing work, performance reports, and correspondence related to project delivery.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referral URLs when you use our website — primarily via cookies and server logs as described in our Cookie Notice.
- Consent records: timestamps and choices relating to PDPA consent checkboxes, cookie preferences, and marketing communication opt-ins where applicable.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through our public website forms. If your engagement requires processing of sensitive categories, we address that explicitly in contract and with additional safeguards.
4. Purposes of collection and use
We collect and use personal data for legitimate business purposes connected to our marketing agency services, including:
- Responding to enquiries and scheduling campaign assessments or discovery calls.
- Preparing proposals, statements of work, and project scope documentation.
- Delivering campaign strategy, creative production, media support, testing, and reporting services under contract.
- Managing accounts, invoicing, and payment follow-up with authorised client contacts.
- Operating, securing, and improving our website and internal systems.
- Complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.
- Conducting PDPA-aware marketing about our own agency services to business contacts who have not opted out, where permitted.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your enquiry data to train public AI models without explicit written agreement. AI-assisted workflows inside client projects follow engagement terms and client instructions.
5. Legal bases and consent
Under the PDPA, we rely on consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests, and legal obligation as appropriate to each processing activity. When you submit our contact form, you must tick the PDPA consent checkbox — it is not pre-selected. You may withdraw consent for optional processing (such as analytics cookies or non-essential marketing email) without affecting core enquiry handling, though withdrawal may limit our ability to provide certain optional services.
For client project data, processing is typically necessary to perform the contract between Campaign Blaze and your organisation. Additional consent may be sought for specific uses such as uploading client materials to third-party AI tools.
6. Disclosure to third parties
We disclose personal data only where needed for the purposes above, including to:
- Cloud hosting and email infrastructure providers that store website and enquiry data.
- Analytics vendors, if you consent to analytics cookies.
- Advertising and analytics platforms when performing client campaign work — using client accounts and data under client direction, not for unrelated resale.
- AI and productivity tool providers when drafting or summarising content under human review, subject to client policy and contractual restrictions.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) under confidentiality.
- Regulators or law enforcement when required by law.
We require processors handling personal data on our behalf to provide reasonable security and use data only for instructed purposes. A list of key sub-processors is available on request to [email protected].
7. Cross-border transfers
Some service providers may store or process data outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take steps required under the PDPA to ensure recipients provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, including contractual clauses and vendor due diligence. Client engagement agreements may specify additional restrictions on cross-border audience or campaign data.
8. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes collected, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Indicative periods:
- Website enquiry records: up to twenty-four months from last contact unless an engagement proceeds.
- Client project records: duration of engagement plus up to seven years for contractual and accounting purposes.
- Cookie consent choices: six months from selection, then re-prompted.
- Server logs: typically ninety days unless required for security investigation.
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it using reasonable technical measures.
9. Security measures
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we hold — access controls for staff, encrypted transport for web forms where supported, password policies, and limited access to client campaign materials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we respond to suspected incidents promptly and notify affected parties where the PDPA requires.
10. Your rights under the PDPA
Subject to exceptions in the PDPA, you may:
- Request access to personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Withdraw consent for processing based on consent.
- Request information about how your data has been used or disclosed in the past year.
To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with sufficient detail to identify you and your request. We respond within reasonable timeframes prescribed by law. We may charge a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive access requests.

13. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses cookies and local storage as described in the Cookie Notice. Cookie choices are stored locally for six months. Strictly necessary cookies support site function and security; optional analytics and preference cookies run only with your consent.
14. Marketing communications
We may send occasional agency updates to business contacts who have enquired or engaged with us, where permitted and with opt-out instructions in each message. We do not purchase mailing lists. Reply STOP or email [email protected] to opt out of non-essential marketing.
15. Children
Our services and website are directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under eighteen without appropriate authority.
16. Changes to this notice

Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acknowledgement of the revised notice for website interactions; client engagements remain governed by signed terms.
